Sometimes the line between the human world and the animal world will blur, usually resulting in both sides just being rather startled, but on occasion, it results in a nasty confrontation where one party gets hurt or dies. Encounters with wild animals are not all that rare, but there is a vast number of people who haven’t the slightest clue what to do in the event of one. Fear can cause people to make a messier situation out of an animal encounter than is necessary, while an overabundance of courage can also escalate matters. But every once in a while, human ingenuity strikes, and we get to actually be part of the solution instead of the problem.
