Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pie

Butter one side of a piece of white bread and place it butter-side down on one side of a pie iron. Spread a tablespoon of peanut butter on the bread. Butter another slice of white bread and place it on the other side of the iron. Spread a tablespoon of Nutella or hazelnut chocolate spread on this side. Sprinkle chocolate chips on both pieces of bread, and close the iron. Cook over a campfire for a few minutes, until the bread turns golden and the chocolate chips melt.

Berries and Cream Pie

Butter one side of a piece of white bread with butter. Place the bread butter-side down on one side of a pie iron. Spread one tablespoon of mixed berry jam on the other side of the bread. Cut a handful of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and place them on top of the jam. The jam will help them stick so they don’t roll away. Butter one side of another piece of white bread and place on the other side of the iron. Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese on this piece of bread, and close the iron. Cook until the bread becomes golden and you can smell the berries cooking.

Pumpkin Cinnamon Swirl Pie

Place the bread, buttered-side down on the pie iron. Spread one tablespoon of pumpkin-flavored cream cheese on the bread. Did you know that you can freeze your cream cheese? You can! Butter a second piece of bread, and place it buttered-side down on the other side of the iron. Spread a tablespoon of pumpkin pie filling on this piece of bread. Close the pie iron and cook over a campfire until the outside is golden.
